I've lost my super power

There was a time way back, when around 200 outlet stores would challenge me to make as many purchases as humanly possible. Today was not that day. Have I somehow realised that I don't need more running shoes? It's scary. Luckily The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory still sells Tiger Butter. Lucky there was a shop selling chilli. I did buy some shoes (not running), for the wedding. So in the other 197 stores, I had no super powers.
We did start the day by leaving our toilet full to the brim, unable to empty and with no plunger. The joy of American toilets. How have they not figured out their plumbing problems by now?
Anyway, I skipped past the first stop of the day at yet another little German village with an antique store. Following was the adventure of filling up the car with petrol. Then to the shopping, then Walmart for more bras, then home to a blocked toilet. I didn't take pictures of the toilet, in case you were wondering.
Oh, forgot about the flashback from LA International Airport a few days ago. I was walking, head down looking at the concrete floor and was transported back to 2000 and the sound of projectile vomit coming out of Riley Krause in a perfect rainbow shape and splashing on this same concrete.
So I've talked about shopping, vomit and poo. It's been a slow day.
